"Three days before my five week vacation my "85 Toyota Rv engine went kaput. I was able to buy a different Rv on day two, and then sold that one upon my return after my vacation, and the help and assistance Alex's staff was fantastic, ( including a minor accident I had with the newer Rv). "I have been with State Farm for over 20 years and am still pleased with their coverage/policies. I received a personal call to review my policies and was informed directly of rate increases happening with my upcoming renewal. Market economics aside, I have no intention to change insurance carriers. The State Farm app is significantly improved now and there is much more that I can do at my fingertips.
